PCR tests for patients with a valid request form from their GP (Žádanka) are FREE OF CHARGE.

PCR test price for private payers is CZK 2,290.

The price of the test comprises the following:

Taking a sample of a biological material in the covered drive-in mode (CZK 350);
Performing a RT-PCR test in the laboratory with evaluation (CZK 1,300);
Making a medical certificate in Czech and English within 24 hours from the test; Notification of the result of the test by sending an SMS and a bilingual result report to the client's e-mail address (CZK 640).

If tested negatively, the report together with the certificate can be used for departure to and return from abroad.

The price of a rapid PCR test for private payers with the result within 3 hours is CZK 4,990.

The price of the test comprises the following:

Taking a sample of biological material in the covered drive-in mode;
Performing an immediate RT-PCR test in the laboratory with evaluation;
Rapid making of a medical certificate in Czech and English within 3 hours from the test. Notification of the result of the test by sending an SMS and a bilingual result report to the client's e-mail address.

If tested negatively, the report represents a certificate that can be used for departure to and return from abroad.

If the request form issued in your birth registration number as entered into the reservation system is not discovered in the ÚZIS system (ÚZIS = the Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the CR), your reservation will be cancelled.
You will receive a notification of the result of your test by sending a text and a bilingual result report to your e-mail address between 24 and 48 hours from doing the swab.

Performing a RT-PCR test in the laboratory with evaluation;
Making a medical certificate in Czech and English languages within 24 hours from the test. Notification of the result of the test by sending an SMS and a bilingual result report to the client's e-mail address.

If tested negatively, the report together with the certificate can be used for departure to and return from abroad.

How to pay for a PCR test:

The Client may pay for the test either:

In cash immediately before the test; or
By using a credit coupon issued by Elphogene, s.r.o. in cases when the test is paid by a third party (e.g. client’s employer).
