Elphogene's new laboratories are equipped with top technologies that are essential for molecular biology. We find here ultra-clean areas for DNA isolation and PCR reactions, standard cyclers for DNA amplification, and realTime cyclers. Gel electrophoresis and DNA quantification system are a matter of course.

 

We use technology developed by the Genomac research institute in Prague. This technology is based on the principle of separation of normal and mutated DNA fragments in an electric field using a method called Denaturing Capillary Electrophoresis (DCE).

 

Therefore, capillary electrophoresis is an indispensable instrument, and devices such as digital PCR and a fractional collector developed by us are placed in the laboratory to continuously improve detection sensitivity.
